Na een stemming in het Europees Parlement op 5 februari 2014, nam de Raad vandaag formeel de richtlijn aan over seizoensarbeiders uit derde landen. De lidstaten zullen de richtlijn in hun nationale wetgeving moeten omzetten binnen twee en half jaar na publicatie in het EU-Publicatieblad.
