Tijdens het evenement worden de belangrijkste bevindingen van het jaarrapport gepresenteerd, samen met een statistisch overzicht. Het biedt ook de gelegenheid om na te denken over een belangrijk thema dat uit de bevindingen naar voren komt - de noodzaak om talent en geschoolde arbeidskrachten aan te trekken naar de EU en de rol van partnerschappen en Team Europe-initiatieven met niet-EU-landen.
