Verschillende internationale organisaties en Europese NGO's hebben hun bezorgdheid geuit over het feit dat het verdwijnen van niet-begeleide minderjarigen niet altijd op een effectieve manier wordt aangepakt. Welk beleid en welke procedures zijn er om gevallen van vermiste kinderen te registreren en op te volgen en hoe worden gegevens over vermiste kinderen verzameld in EU-lidstaten, Noorwegen en het VK? De nieuwe Inform van het European Migration Network (EMN), in samenwerking met internationale organisaties, EU-agentschappen en NGO's, biedt een alomvattend beeld van hoe het fenomeen momenteel in de EU wordt behandeld.

This final report, realised by the Study and Policy Unit of the Federal Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (Fedasil), describes the reception of vulnerable applicants for international protection with specific needs.
