Sinds 26 maart 2015 kunnen niet-begeleide minderjarige vreemdelingen (NBMV) nu ook de specifieke verblijfsprocedure voor NBMV opstarten ook al loopt er nog een andere verblijfsprocedure, zoals een asielaanvraag of een regularisatieprocedure.
