On 18 December 2014 the European Union Court of Justice has ruled and answered to several prejudicial questions formulated by the Belgian Constitutional Court in relation to the conditions of stay of seriously ill migrants.

The two case-law issued, M’ Bodj and Abdida, might influence the conception and the outreach of the stay for serious illness in Belgium. Therefore, in order to discuss the potential consequences and challenges raised by these legislations, the Association for foreigners’ rights organizes in Brussels a morning session to reflect on this issue.
