Vandaag oordeelde de Raad van State dat het gebruik van de extreme noodprocedure gerechtvaardigd was en dat het besluit om geen opvang te bieden aan alleenstaande mannelijke asielzoekers in strijd is met het recht op opvang dat asielzoekers volgens de wet hebben.
