During this launch event, participants will gain a better understanding of key developments in migration and asylum across EMN Member and Observer Countries in 2025. Based on the findings of the EMN Asylum and Migration Overview (AMO) 2025, the event will present the main trends and policy developments identified at both EU and national levels.
What
The recent European Migration Network Asylum and Migration Overview (AMO) 2025 provides a comprehensive overview of migration and asylum trends and developments at EU and national level across EMN Member and Observer countries in 2025, including EU-level statistics from Eurostat.
The launch event will provide an overview of the key developments highlighted in the report at both EU and national levels. Participants are welcome from among policymakers in EMN Member and Observer Countries, representatives of EU institutions and agencies, experts, practitioners, academics, civil society organisations, NGOs, and the wider public.
