IES Policy Forum: "The Refugee Crisis and the EU-Turkey Deal: Which Role for the EU's Home Affairs Agencies?" (VUB)
The Institute for European Studies (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) organizes a Policy Forum on the role of the EU's home affairs agencies in the refugee crisis.
What ?
The Policy Forum brings together panelists from the EU’s agencies, the civil society and academia in order to discuss the changing roles of Frontex, Europol and EASO. It will take a look at how the crisis has changed the ways in which these agencies interact and function. It will also discuss the future development of these agencies, notably in view of the reoccurring calls to further enlarge their competences and powers.
