Aujourd'hui, 29 août 2016, le décret royal du 3 août 2016 établissant la liste des pays d'origine sûrs, a été publiée au Moniteur belge et est entrée en vigueur. En plus des pays listés les années passées, la liste inclut aussi la Géorgie.
