REDIAL Conference: Challenges in the legal and judicial implementation of the Return Directive
The REDIAL conference proposes for discussion some of the most contentious issues in the implementation of the Return Directive.
What
This conference is organized in the framework of the REDIAL project which aims to enhance the effective implementation of the Return Directive. Among other issues, the conference will address return in hotspots, return detention, individual vs collective return, legal remedies, rights of non-removable persons etc.
