ADDE training: Current Questions on the Removal and Return of foreigners
During this morning session, ADDE proposes to highlight and discuss applicable rules, recent case law and practices in the field of removal and return of foreigners.
What?
This training aims to inform and train persons who are already familiar with the subject (practitioners, lawyers, social workers, administration), clarifying removal and return related aspects following the transposition of the Return Directive.
