Seminar private international family law: 10 years of application of the code

After ten years of support to families, through its centre of private international family law, the ADDE proposes to study some actual problems experienced by the beneficiaries of the centre.

What?

On 1 October 2004, exactly 10 years ago, the code of private international law has entered into force. For this occasion, ADDE organizes a seminar on private international family law. Five different themes related to transnational family relations will be addressed. For each of the themes, the theoritical basis will first be recalled. Then, specific questions related to concrete problems will be discussed with experts and practitioners from different fields.

Who?

The seminar is organized for professionals in the field of private international family law. The different presentations will take place in French.
