On 3 october 2013, the law of 2 June 2013 (published on 23 september 2013) entered into force. The act amends the Civil Code, the Penal Code, the Judicial Code and the Aliens Act, to strengthen the fight against marriages and legal cohabitations of convenience. More information.

The Foyer organises a seminar on this subject on 25 March 2014 from 13.30 pm till 16.45 pm. The seminar will be held in Dutch. Questions can be asked in English and French as well.
