EMN SK NCP Conference on the Role of Municipalities in the Integration of Refugees (Bratislava)

The conference of the Slovakian Contact Point of the EMN, which will take place in Bratislava on 23 March 2017, will focus on the role of municipalities in the integration of refugees.

What?

The conference of the Slovakian Contact Point of the EMN will focus on the following topics:

  • Refugee integration by selected European municipalities: best practices and lessons learned with focus on housing, education, employment, socio-cultural orientation and community engagement;
  • Current state of play in refugee integration at local level in Slovakia.

The event targets mainly representatives of selected Slovak municipalities as well as representatives from state administration and non-governmental organisations with the aim to engage them in the discussion on integration of beneficiaries of international protection.
