Paying more to become Belgian would penalise women in accessing nationality, according to Myria

On 19 December 2024, Myria published the sixth thematic section of its 2024 annual report. Refugee students start a master's degree at the KU Leuven and UCL Louvain as part of the EU Passworld programme

The Court of Justice of the EU stresses that the prohibition of abusive practices is a general principle of EU law
