The Member States involved in the study are: Belgium , Spain, France, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Romania and Sweden.
The report was the result of a joint project between the Comisión Española de Ayuda al Refugiado (Spain - coordinator), France terre d´asile (France), Asylum Aid (United Kingdom), Consiglio Italiano per i Rifugiati (Italy) and the Hungarian Helsinki Committee (Hungary)
