Workshop: Information about the Evolution of the Aliens Law
On April 18th, the Association on the Aliens Law (ADDE) will propose a workshop in order to update and integrate different issues concerning the reforms of the immigration laws, and particularly the law of 15 December 1980.
This workshop is aimed at people who already familiar with immigration laws.
It will address the following issues:
-The difficulties and readability of the Family Reunification Law;
-The specificities of the new status of Unaccompanied Minors ;
-The admissibility conditions for medical "regularisation" (9ter);
-The new rules concerning the administrative detention and the list of safe countries of origin.
