The purpose is to enhance coordination and cooperation between key players and to inform EU decision making. The core of the meeting consists of workshops, discussion islands and other opportunities to participate in a debate, with a view to ensuring an interactive approach.
The focus of the meeting is on 1) access to the EU and 2) access to services and rights (from reception to integration). Also the public discourse relating to migrants and migration flows, and the need for alternative narrative on this subject, will be paid attention to.
