The European law and migration team (EDEM) of the Catholic University of Louvain has published its newsletter that analyses recent asylum case law.

Today, 20 December 2013, the Circular of 13 December 2013 implementing family reunification provisions, as interpreted by the Constitutional Court on 26 September 2013, was published in the Belgian Official Gazette.

The European Rights and Migration Team (EDEM) provides access to a directory including and summarizing asylum related case law from the Aliens Litigation Council, the Council of State, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.
