Webinar recordings of "How to respond to the EU Family Reunion Consultation" now available
The Migration Policy Group publishes the recordings of the webinar presenting the four MPG Family Reunion policy briefings to assist organisations responding to the EU Family Reunion consultation
MPG has prepared a series of four policy briefings on Family Reunion. On the 7 December 2011 MPG held an online seminar (webinar) to present the briefings. The recordings and slides are now available.
The four MPG Family Reunion Briefings are:
1. Confronting stereo-types, understanding family life
2. Right to family reunion - the dynamics between EU law and national policy change
3. Impact of new family reunion tests and requirements on the integration process
4. Restrictions 'in name of integration' separate families in practice

The deadline for responding to the European Union consultation (or Green Paper) is 1 March 2012.
