In october 2016, Fedasil has opened a new return desk in Charleroi, where migrants can receive information and assistance on voluntary return.

The Federal Agency for the reception of asylum seekers, Fedasil, has opened a return desk in Charleroi in October 2016. There are now return desks in five cities in Belgium (also in Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, and Liege).

At these return desks, migrants can receive information on the possibilities for voluntary return and obtain support to return voluntarily to their country of origin.

For further information, see the website of Fedasil.

For further information on the dissemination of information on voluntary return to migrants in Belgium, you can read the study of the Belgian Contact Point of the EMN dedicated to this topic.
