EMN Georgia and EMN Cyprus Joint Conference: Information campaigns as an important tool in contemporary migration management
EMN Georgia and EMN Cyprus organise a joint conference on information campaigns which constitute a central element of current migration strategies, both at the national and European levels.
What
During the conference, examples of information campaigns will be presented to identify best practices and challenges in EU Member States, both within the Schengen area and beyond.
Tools and components of the information campaigns will also be examined, including the use of modern technological solutions and data in the planning and organisation of information campaigns.
Finally, the use of correct terminology in messages will be discussed. Special attention will be given to the EMN Glossary and its role in providing technical terminology and as an educational tool for both campaigns’ target audience and those who are preparing it.
