Belgian EMN-event: Reception System for Asylum Seekers - Comparison, Reflection and Challenges
On 25 October 2013 the Belgian National Contact Point of the European Migration Network organised a conference on the reception of asylum seekers in Belgium and the EU.
The recent EMN-study on the topic was presented: a presentation of the Belgian report and a comparative overview of the practices in the European Union. Against the background of the EMN-study, the speakers and the public debated on the way ahead for the Belgian reception system.
