On World Day against Trafficking in Persons, the Council of Europe’s Group of Experts on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (GRETA) joined the Inter-Agency Coordination Group against Trafficking in Persons (ICAT) in calling for victims of trafficking who are forced to commit crimes to be protected rather than punished.
