2024 European Citizens' Summit, including workshop on the way forward towards migration justice (2 days)
The CNCD-11.11.11 and 11.11.11 are organising a two-day European Citizens' Summit, bringing together Belgian and European civil society, and fostering collaborations on cross-cutting issues. A workshop will specifically focus on the New Pact on Migration and Asylum and the way forward towards migration justice.
What
The two-day Summit will start with an opening plenary session featuring prominent figures from European and international civil society addressing ecological and social transformation and international solidarity issues for Europe. This will be followed by various workshops, including a workshop on 21 March at 1:30 pm on "After the Pact: What way forward towards migration justice? To conclude the event, participants will adopt the Brussels Declaration, which will be presented to the Belgian Prime Minister, Alexander De Croo (TBC).
