EMN Slovakia launched a series of questions regarding the implementation of the revised Blue Card Directive and, more specifically, the implementation of Article 13 of said Directive regarding recognition procedures for employers.

Legal practitioners are invited to register for this online conference which will give them the opportunity to discuss current developments and reforms in legal migration law with high-level experts in the field.

The Action Plan aims at supporting Member States in the integration of third-country nationals and their economic and social contribution to the EU. It will be accompanied by a legal proposal to reform the rules on highly skilled migrants coming to the EU to work.
