Overview ad-hoc queries
Please find attached an overview of the ad-hoc queries that were launched in the first half of 2019.
Member States and the European Commission use ad-hoc queries to collect information from Member States and Norway in a relatively short time (normally four weeks) on a wide range of asylum- and migration-related issues, e.g. legal migration, irregular migration, borders, return, visas etc.
Of every ad-hoc query a compilation of answers was made. These compilations include all the detailed answers to the ad-hoc queries provided by each Member State.
For some ad-hoc queries summaries or Informs were drafted. They provide an overview of the main results of the ad-hoc queries.
Compilations of answers and summaries or Informs (when available) can normally be found on the website of the European Commission. If they are not yet on the website of the European Commission, they can be requested by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
For a few ad-hoc queries who have a sensitive nature, the compilation of answers and the summary or Inform can't be circulated to the general public.
