EESC Seminar on Integrating refugees into the labour market: turning the crisis into an opportunity
The Labour Market Observatory (LMO) of the European Economic and Social Committee is holding a public seminar on “Integrating refugees into the labour market: turning the crisis into an opportunity”.
What?
The seminar will be organised in cooperation with the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) and will highlight factors which facilitate the employment of refugees, as employees or entrepreneurs. Speakers include researchers, MEPs and representatives of civil society, who will showcase a series of good practices from the grassroots level.
The seminar will offer a wide range of views on best practices and challenges in this field and will contribute to the extensive work of the EESC in the migration/asylum/integration area.
