At the end of a one and a half research, the University of Louvan-la-neuve (UCL)organizes a conference on the transposition and application of European law in Belgium, and focusses on the Dublin II Regulation and the Qualification Directive concerning asylum seekers.
The past three years, CBAR-BCHV looked at the Belgian asylum procedure from a European perspective. CBAR-BCHV now organizes a half a day seminar: "Some aspects of the case law by the Council for Aliens Law Litigation. In line with EU-law?"
This practical seminar, organised in Trier by the Academy of European Law (ERA), will provide training on the incorporation of the minority status of applicants into the EU asylum process.
The conference aims to foster the exchange of practices and experience among present and potential partners and to raise awareness of Mobility Partnerships in their full multidimensionality and reflect on their future.
The workshop aims at sharing ideas on the relevance of mobility partnerships and projects supporting their implementation as well as enhancement of collaboration and funding opportunities.
The 12th edition of the Summer School on "European Union Law and Policy on Immigration and Asylum" will take place from 2 to 13 July 2012 at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles (ULB)
This year's annual conference of the Academy of European Law will focus on the role of European agencies in the migration process as well as the impact of the CFR especially in asylum matters.
